1) Scope
This Policy applies to all paid services purchased from Tittrends. If there is any conflict between this Policy and a signed proposal or statement of work (“Order”), the specific terms in the Order will prevail.
2) General Cancellations
- Before work begins: If you cancel before we start, we will refund fees received, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., materials ordered) and payment gateway charges.
- After work begins: If you cancel after commencement, fees for work performed and committed costs up to the cancellation date are payable. Any balance, if applicable, may be refunded or issued as service credit at our discretion.
- Notice: Please notify cancellations in writing to help@tittrends.com. We will confirm receipt and next steps.
3) Textile Processing — Cancellations & Refunds
- Pre-production (planning/lab dips not started): Refund of fees received minus any non-recoverable costs and gateway charges.
- Lab dips in progress / approvals granted: Fees for lab work are non-refundable. Remaining unconsumed fees may be credited or refunded at our discretion.
- Batch in production (dyeing/finishing underway): Work-done and committed material costs are non-refundable. We will stop further stages and reconcile any unused portion.
- Completed batches / delivered goods: No refunds. Rework may be offered if the output is outside agreed tolerances and defects are reported within 5 business days of delivery with evidence.
- Shade & tolerance: Acceptance is based on the delta-E limits and parameters agreed in the Order. Natural variations within tolerance are not eligible for refund/rework.
4) Digital Marketing — Cancellations & Refunds
- Platform budgets: Media spends paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms are non-refundable and remain in your accounts.
- Set-up & strategy fees: Once briefs, audits, or account set-ups begin, these fees are non-refundable due to upfront effort.
- Monthly retainers: Cancellable with 14 days written notice. We will complete in-flight tasks for the notice period and stop new work thereafter. Unused future periods are refunded or credited.
- Projects / fixed-scope: If cancelled mid-project, we will invoice for completed milestones and committed costs. Any remainder may be credited against future work at our discretion.
- Performance outcomes: We do not guarantee specific rankings, ROAS, or conversion rates. Lack of performance alone is not a ground for refund.
5) Rescheduling & Changes
- Reasonable reschedules are accommodated subject to line and team availability.
- Changes in scope, shade, or targeting after approval may require revised timelines and fees.
6) Refund Method & Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as service credit, as mutually agreed.
- We aim to process refunds within 7–14 business days from written confirmation, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
- Payment gateway charges and currency conversion differences are not refundable.
7) Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
- Third-party fees (platform budgets, stock assets, special materials) once purchased.
- Expedite surcharges for urgent processing/launches.
- Delays or defects arising from inaccurate/incomplete inputs, late approvals, or force majeure.
- Normal wear, handling damage, or colour perception differences outside lab standards.
8) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email help@tittrends.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond. Unresolved disputes will follow the process in our Terms of Service.
9) How to Request Cancellation or Refund
- Email your request to help@tittrends.com with your Order number and reason.
- We will acknowledge, review work status/costs, and share a reconciliation note.
- On agreement, we will issue a credit note and/or initiate the refund per this Policy.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates apply prospectively and will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
